We have entered the holiday season, which used to mean a slow down of activity in the real estate market. Since this year the trend is to do nothing trendy, there has been a healthy uptick of inventory and homes going under contract. To put the cherry on top of the unusual business, it is notable to say that the majority of large cities have shifted into "balanced" or "buyer's" markets. Sellers can still get their home sold, but should be sure to price right and be prepared to offer some concessions and buyers will have much more opportunity to negotiate what they need/want for their dream home.
